~ Setting the right intention ~
At this time every week we start preparing ourselves for what lies ahead. This inevitability doesn’t seem to change our thoughts and we can get caught up in the Monday-itis negative bandwagon; which draws more unwanted negative energy for the remainder of your week. When you wake up tomorrow morning – I ask you to change this – and think of something that you are grateful for, why you are so glad to be where you are at the moment, and what this week may bring to you. You will notice that your week is looking a lot more positive already. It is all about your intention.
