We are all going through a tough time right now and it is easy to recognise that everyone will deal with this quite differently, and while in most cases that is okay, it is important to recognise the need to bring on a different perspective to enhance your energetic vibration.

This brings me to the topic of Fear and Anxiety based energy and what you can do to alleviate some of this pressure. Fear brings upon anxiety and they tend to go hand in hand in this particular instance, it is a side effect of the uncertainty of the future and although most people realise this and take a step back there are others who continually embed themselves in to this energy.
A few things you can do to ‘remove yourself’ from this is to limit yourself from being exposed to what can trigger it, for example; limiting the amount of time you spend watching or reading the news, while on social media be selective of the content you engage in – share positive articles, stories & pictures, associate with others who are uplifting and vibrant to you energetically.
If you continue to focus upon the negative that is all you will see, all that you will think and all that you will do. Initially it may be a bit hard to break away from habits formed in the past, but with discipline, practice and courage; the first steps you can take to breaking the cycle.
Attracting Positive Energy
Now, moving on to something a bit lighter, and that is all about attracting Positive Energy. Positive Energy is all around us and the Universe provides us with the positive abundance at all times, it is up to us to tune in to this energy and to obtain it for ourselves.
The easiest way to attain positive energy is to take a step back and find your peace, whether it is through meditation, spending time in your garden or through affirmations and prayer.
Connecting to the energy that is around you is part of your Universally given gift, allowing you to feel connected to the overall rhythm of life, the world and beyond.
