1. BOOKINGS

Payment & Session Information

Private  Reading & Healing Sessions

Appointments for Psychic Readings and Healing Services are to be paid for in full

In-Person Sessions:

$150.00 for 30 minutes (Tarot & Mediumship only)
$300.00 for 60 minutes (Tarot/Mediumship/Energy Healing) or
$450.00 for 90 minutes (Tarot/Mediumship/Energy Healing)

Telephone Sessions:

$150.00 for 30 minutes (Tarot & Mediumship only)
$300.00 for 60 minutes (Tarot/Mediumship/Energy Healing) or
$450.00 for 90 minutes (Tarot/Mediumship/Energy Healing)

Psychic Readings & Healing Sessions are offered for 30, 60 or 90 minutes. If you book a shorter session you have the option of extending on the day (excluding Psychic Party/workshops). Payment for additional time can be made by cash or EFTPOS/Debit/Credit Card (accepted cards: American Express, MasterCard or Visa). Session time cannot be split, each person must book their own session/ be added as an “additional person to the booking”.

Pre-Bookings for Fairs & Festivals

Pre-bookings for when Sam is at a fair is paid for in full. Pricing can fluctuate depending on the event and location so please check the event page for more information.

In addition to Sam’s booking fee, there may be an entry fee to the venue.

Tour

Appointments for when Sam is on Tour can be paid for in full or a deposit made. If you have nominated to pay just the deposit, the balance will be due on the day of your appointment either by cash or EFTPOS/Debit/Credit Card (accepted cards: American Express, MasterCard or Visa). Pricing for Tours can fluctuate so please check tour page for more information.

Psychic Party

Appointments for Psychic Parties are to be paid in full at the time of booking.

Platform Events

Platform shows must be paid for in full , not all participants are guaranteed a reading. Children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Ticket purchases are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable.

Appointments for Private Psychic Platform events can be paid for in full or a deposit of $550 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the day of your appointment. Not all participants are guaranteed a reading.

Workshops

Workshops – in-person (group) can be paid for in full of $780.00 or a deposit of $390.00 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the day of your appointment.

Workshops – in-person (private) can be paid for in full of $780.00 is required at the time of booking.

Workshops – online must be paid for in full of $625.00 to  confirm your participation and to receive access to online content.

Other General Terms

Sessions are not to be recorded, whether this is by audio/visual or any other means. The consumption of alcohol is prohibited prior to or during your session.

Travel Surcharge

As part of your session, Sam will visit the location you specify during the check out process. However, there are some locations that attract a travel surcharge. If you have failed to select the appropriate surcharge (if one applies) you may be asked to pay this prior to your session commencing.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations/rescheduling for Psychic Readings and Healing Services can be requested although the deposit/amount of 50% of the booking value will be forfeited.
  • Cancellations for Pre-booking  for Fairs /festivals can be requested although the purchase amount of the booking value is not refundable & is forfeited. This type of booking cannot be rescheduled.
  • Cancellations for Psychic Readings and Healing Services while Sam is on tour can be requested although the deposit/amount of 50% of the booking value will be forfeited.
  • Cancellations/rescheduling for Psychic Party can be requested although the deposit/amount of $450 will be forfeited.
  • Cancellations/rescheduling for Psychic Platform events can be requested although the deposit/amount of $450 will be forfeited.

If you fail to show up to an appointment or answer a call for a Telephone Psychic Reading no refund/exchange or credit will be provided.

2. WORKSHOPS

In-person Workshops (group)

Full Payment for Workshops is required 30 days before the Workshop is to commence to confirm your  place in the class.

As part of the Workshop you will be provided with a Workbook, you do NOT have permission to share or reproduce any content online or in physical form.

Cancellations for Workshops can be requested, although your deposit/amount paid will be forfeited.

If you fail to show up to a Workshop, no refund/exchange or credit will be provided.

In-person Workshops (private)

Full Payment for Workshops is required 14 days before the Workshop is to commence to confirm your sessions.

As part of the Workshop you will be provided with a Workbook, you do NOT have permission to share or reproduce any content online or in physical form. Your Workbook will be provided in Digital PDF form please print this and bring it to each class.

Cancellations for Workshops can be requested, although your deposit/amount paid will be forfeited.

If you fail to show up to a Workshop or cancel, no refund/exchange or credit will be provided.

Online Workshops

Online Workshops grant you access to the content for 4 months from date of purchase, you are responsible for protecting your login details to prevent unauthorised access. You do NOT have permission to share or reproduce any content online or in physical form.

Due to the nature of an online workshop – access to content is granted immediately, with this in mind refunds/exchange or credit is unavailable.

At the end of your access period (the period of time you are given to complete your Online Workshop) your access to the members section will be terminated and/or restricted.

If it has been determined that you have breached the terms and conditions your access will be terminated immediately and no refund/exchange or credit will be provided.

3. PSYCHIC READINGS & HEALING SERVICES

Disclaimer: Psychic Reading and Healing Services provided by Sam Petrou Psychic Medium are for guidance only. What you choose to do with the information, including any actions you take are your own personal responsibility and choice. All readings and questions answered should at no time be regarded as legal, medical, financial, psychological or business fact and are subject to your own interpretation and judgement.  For any such matter you should seek advice from the relevant qualified expert. Services are not a substitute for professional services. For legal reasons we advise that all services are offered for entertainment purposes only.

4. MEDITATION WEEKLY CLASSES

Casual Sessions purchased are for the coming week only, unused purchases are forfeited.

Session Pack includes 6 Meditation Class Sessions that can be used at any time, either consecutive or non-consecutive; however they do expire after 60 days. Session Packs are not transferable to others. Any sessions that have not been used are forfeited.

5. SHIPPING & FEES

Shipping

Shipping duration varies depending on the shipping method & your location, as a general guide:

  • Standard Shipping is usually completed between 3 – 10 business days.
  • Express Shipping is usually completed between 1 – 3 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for peak periods.
  • Deliveries will be made either by Australia Post or Courier, depending on your location. Delivery occurs Monday to Friday only, excluding weekdays that fall on a public holiday.
  • Deliveries will require a signature for security reasons and will not be left unattended.

We always attempt to provide a high level of customer service, although on some occasions your delivery may be delayed due to circumstances that are beyond our control, you agree to release us of any responsibility if this occurs.

Fees

We provide Flat Rate shipping service around Australia, although it can vary depending on your location. Your shipping fee will be provided/calculated at the checkout- prior to the submission of your order.

6. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Children under the age of 12 should not be left unsupervised around crystals, stones, candles, oils and melts.

  • Crystals and Stones may have sharp edges, and their appearance may appear similar to candy.
  • Candles/oils/melts should not be left unattended, placement should be in an open area out of the reach of children.

7. PRODUCT BACK ORDER

Products for purchase that are identified during the sale process as “can be back-ordered” may be delayed by up to 6 to 12 weeks – this will vary depending on the product and supplier so please submit an inquiry before proceeding if this is a concern for you. Use the Contact Page to submit your query.

Full payment will need to be processed with a Back Order request.

8. RETURN & CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

CHANGE OF MIND

If you have simply changed your mind and you are able to provide a valid receipt, Sam Petrou Psychic Medium may offer you an exchange or refund provided that the merchandise:

• is in saleable condition

• is unworn or unused

• and the exchange or refund is sought within 3 business days of purchase.

If you are unable to provide a valid receipt and/or 3 business days has passed since the original purchase date, Sam Petrou Psychic Medium at its absolute discretion reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind.

Sam Petrou Psychic Medium is not required to provide you with a copy of your original receipt to facilitate your refund or exchange.

All Shipping Costs for Change of Mind are the due responsibility of the purchaser.

Items ineligible of Change of Mind include:

  • Psychic Readings/Reiki & Energy Healing services
  • Gift Certificates/Vouchers
  • Classes and Workshops
  • Tickets for Platform Shows

FAULTY GOODS

If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights are not impacted by the change of mind policy or limited by a defined timeframe. However the Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period may vary by product (or service) depending on the nature of the goods (or service), the price paid and any representations made about the goods (or service).

Where you believe an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send your goods to the manufacturer or their service agent for it to be assessed within a reasonable period of time. If there is a major failure with the item, you may choose a refund, exchange or repair. If the failure is minor, we will repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item) within a reasonable time.

Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, Sam Petrou Psychic Medium cannot provide a refund, exchange or repair, whether the fault is identified by Sam Petrou Psychic Medium, the manufacturer or their service agent.

Sam Petrou Psychic Medium will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates are not refundable, transferable or redeemable for cash. Gift Certificates expire 12 months from date of issue.

RETURNS PROCESS

All returns require a Return Authorisation Number (RAN), to submit your request for a return please have your receipt number and a description of the problem and submit your request here with “return” as the subject and a representative will be in contact with you within 1 business day.

RETURN TENDER

Refunds will be given using your original payment method (ie: Credit Card/ PayPal/Cash).
