~ Meditation is important right now ~
The energy has been quite erratic and so I thought I’d draw a card from the Archangel Raphael Oracle Cards, the healer. We are being encouraged to spend time in meditation to help create balance with our mind, body and soul.
If you have trouble meditating try some of these tips for beginners:
◆ Find a quiet place & play some relaxing music in the background.
◆ Try focus your thoughts on a positive affirmation such as “I am blessed in all ways”, “I allow positive energy to flow within and around me” or on a particular word that resonates with you such as “Love”, “Peace”…
◆ As your thoughts try to distract you keep repeating your affirmation or word.
You may not get it straight away but with plenty of practice you will get there, be patient with yourself. Remember that you deserve this time for yourself.
